By using the Journal of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Research website at www.jpsr.org you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1 — Eligibility and accounts

Accounts are open to those aged eighteen or over. You undertake to keep your details accurate, complete, and current, not to impersonate anyone, and not to hold more than one account.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for everything done through your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account page. Tell us at once if you learn of any unauthorised use.

2 — Acceptable use

You may not:

• submit plagiarised work, fabricated data, previously published work, or work simultaneously under consideration elsewhere;
• upload harmful files or malicious software;
• attempt to access another person's account or any part of the system you are not authorised to use;
• scrape the site's content or member data, or burden the server with repeated automated requests;
• use contact details found in published articles to send unsolicited promotional messages;
• impersonate a reviewer or editor, or seek to influence the review process improperly;
• publish anything contrary to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3 — Submissions

Submission and publication are governed by the publication agreement and the publication policies, both of which form part of these terms.

4 — Intellectual property

Published articles belong to their authors and are made available under the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 licence, so you may copy, distribute, and build upon them provided you credit the author and cite the source.

The site itself — its name, logo, design, software, and page texts — remains the property of the journal. It may not be copied or imitated, and the journal's name and logo may not be used in a way that implies an association or endorsement that does not exist.

5 — Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend the service for maintenance or development, and may modify or discontinue any of its features.

6 — External links

The site links to external resources such as DOI, ORCID, and data repositories. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7 — Limitation of liability

The content of published articles reflects the views and findings of their authors, not those of the journal. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the journal is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

8 — Suspension of accounts

We may suspend or delete your account for breach of these terms or of the publication agreement, giving notice where practicable. Articles already published remain published; withdrawal occurs only through the published retraction procedure.

9 — Your privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10 — Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; the version number and date appear at the top of this page, and amendments take effect on publication. Continued use of the site thereafter constitutes acceptance.

11 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
